I'm a London based, level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience in fitness and nutrition.

My answer to most questions relating to fitness & nutrition is: it depends. Everything depends on your goals, circumstances and multiple other factors. All the information you need is out there already - in books, studies, blogs, vlogs, courses and podcasts. I appreciate that most people don't have 1,000+ hours to spend deciphering and interpreting this information, but I live for this! Through working together, I will pass this information on to all my clients, using an "n-of-1" approach to empower them to become better versions of themselves - healthier, fitter and happier. I'll get you started with all the information, techniques and fundamentals, but I don't plan on having you on the books 6 months down the line. You'll leave with knowledge and confidence to carry on your fitness journey by yourself. Of course I'll always be here to help should you need me...
